FM15 - Top 20 Scouts


 Scouting is the hidden weapon for long-term succes in Football Manager series. Since you will be really busy with training, team management, angry supporters and whiny players who can't make it to the match day squad; you will need a good head scout and a team of talented scouts working with him.


While getting your scouting army together, it's good to have lots different types of scouts. While one of them is good at spotting the potential ability, the other can be good at noticing the current ability. Also try to do the same thing on scouting knowledge. Try to have as many countries as you can in your scouting knowledge directory. When it is time to hire scouts, you may want the best scouts in FM 2015 in your staf.
